Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
CitizenAllSet (“we,” “us”) is operated by Kitchen AI Labs LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that’s how it should be.
What we collect
Account details you give us: your email, and optionally your name, interview date, civics-test version, and ZIP code. Practice activity: your progress, scores, and history so we can show your readiness. Payment records: when you buy the All Set Pass, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card — we never see or store full card numbers, only a record that a payment was made.
Why we use it
To run your account, personalize your prep (for example, civics answers based on your ZIP), track your progress, process your one-time purchase, and reply when you contact support. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the app work: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each handles your data only to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can view and edit your details anytime in your profile. You can delete your account from your profile, which permanently removes your account, progress, and history. We keep payment records where the law requires (tax and accounting). To request a copy of your data, email tech@kitchenailabs.com.
Data security & retention
Data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We keep your information while your account is active and delete it after you close your account, except records we must retain by law.
Children
CitizenAllSet is for adults preparing for a U.S. naturalization interview and is not directed to children under 13.
