What CitizenAllSet is

CitizenAllSet is an educational tool to help you practice for the U.S. naturalization (citizenship) interview. It is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency, and it does not provide legal advice. Practicing here does not guarantee any interview result. For legal questions about your case, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

Your account

You sign in with your email. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can receive your sign-in link can access your account. Provide accurate information and use the app for your own preparation.

Your license — one person, personal use

An All Set Pass is a personal, non-transferable license for a single person — the individual preparing for their own naturalization interview. You may not share, lend, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or pass to anyone else, and you may not use one account to prepare more than one person.

Attorneys, law firms, and organizations who want to provide CitizenAllSet to their clients must use our firm plan, which licenses a separate sponsored seat for each client. Using individual passes to serve multiple clients is not permitted.

How long access lasts

The All Set Pass gives you full access to prepare for your interview. Access is intended to last until your interview (and a short period after). Unless we state otherwise in writing, access ends at the earlier of (a) 12 months after purchase, or (b) 30 days after your scheduled interview date. We may extend access for genuine personal use at our discretion. Access is for active interview preparation, not indefinite or commercial use.

Payments & refunds

The All Set Pass is a one-time payment for full access — not a subscription, and it does not auto-renew. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If something went wrong with your purchase, email us within 14 days at tech@kitchenailabs.com and we’ll make it right.

Acceptable use & fair use

Please don’t resell, copy, redistribute, or republish the content; share your account or credentials; use the service to prepare people other than yourself; attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service; or use it unlawfully. These uses are violations of these terms.

Monitoring & abuse detection

To protect the service and enforce these terms, we may record and review activity associated with your account — including sign-in events, the approximate time and duration of use, the devices and browsers used, and general location derived from your IP address. We may use this information to detect account sharing, fraud, or other misuse. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate an account — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe it is being shared, resold, used to prepare more than one person, used beyond the access period, or otherwise used in violation of these terms or the law. Where a violation is clear (for example, account sharing or commercial misuse), no refund is owed.

Content & accuracy

We work to keep civics questions and answers accurate and current, but official requirements can change. Always confirm specifics against official USCIS materials. The app is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
