It depends on your N-400 filing date. Filed before October 20, 2025 → the 100-question (2008) civics test. Filed on or after that date → the new 128-question (2025) test. You can set or change your version in Profile.

It's a one-time payment, not a subscription. Access lasts until your interview — up to 12 months from purchase, or 30 days after your scheduled interview date, whichever comes first.

You can study, use flashcards, and read on any phone, tablet, or computer. For the spoken practice and mock interview, we recommend a computer with Google Chrome — that's where the microphone and voice recognition are most reliable. On iPhone (Safari), voice answers can be unreliable, so a computer with Chrome is best for the interview parts.

Use Google Chrome for the best speech support, and allow microphone access when asked. When the mic button turns red, that's your turn to speak. You can also tap Skip to move on, or type your answer.

The mock mirrors the real USCIS interview: spoken civics (you need the passing number correct), plus one reading and one writing sentence. The gauge on your home shows your civics score; Reading and Writing show as separate pass marks. You're 'ready' when all three parts pass.

Open Profile. You can update your interview date (for the countdown) and your civics test version anytime.

Full access unlocks right after payment. A confirmation is emailed from noreply@citizenallset.com — check your spam/junk folder. An itemized Stripe receipt (charges show as 'KITCHEN AI LABS') is in your billing portal from Profile. If access still isn't active, message us below.

The All Set Pass is a personal license for one person preparing for their own interview, so it can't be shared. If you're an attorney or firm preparing multiple clients, use our firm plan, which gives each client their own sponsored seat.
